I connect with the EasyCap usb video capture device:- scart plug- red/white/yellow RCA plugs to RCA sockets and EasyCap USB unit. I've tried both scart outs from the Manhattan, no difference. The EasyCap usb video capture device is listed in Device Manager as working. Sent an email to Honestech describing this problem and they say check it out with EasyCap (Honestech software is bundled with the EasyCap) and they told me to contact EasyCap.
